An outstanding professional that has developed her career as a Banker with experience spanning over 20 years in several sectors of the Nigerian economy covering: Food & Commodities, Hospitality, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Banking (Commercial and Micro Finance). An experienced banker with in-depth knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Risk Management, Performance Management, Financial Reporting and Management Accounting, Business Development and Strategy. These experiences alongside skills in Communication, Inter-Personal Relationship and Data Analysis have given her leverage in day-to-day management.

Mrs Mojisola Opebiyi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Agric) from the University of Ilorin and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from same University. She is a Certified Expert in Microfinance (CEM) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management; Germany, a Certified Banker (MCIB) – Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN), Fellow – Chartered Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), Associate – Risk Managers Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) and Member – Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Mrs Mojisola Opebiyi had a stint with Manufacturing, Agriculture and Food & Commodities between 1999 and 2006, haven worked with The Ministry of Agriculture, UAC group and Nuyi Knitting before joining First Atlantic Bank (Now FCMB) and Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank) where she worked in the Marketing and Operations Department. She left the bank to team up with likeminded professionals to establish AGN Integrated Services Limited; a logistics company specializing in freight operations, she was the pioneer Head of Operation of the organization. Mrs Opebiyi joined Bowen Microfinance Bank at inception as the pioneer Head of Operations and rose to become the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer in 2021

She has attended several top management programs both locally and internationally including The Microfinance Association-UK, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Germany, Opportunity International.

MR. MAKINWA BAMIDELE SEGUN
Head of Finance and Admin

MR. MAKINWA BAMIDELE SEGUN

He is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting. He started his career as a Finance Manager at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Zonal Office. He has over 14 years working experience which cut across education and banking.

He worked with Briyth Covenant Microfinance Bank from May 2009- 2013 where he rose to become the Head Finance and Accounts. He was the Head Finance and Management Services at Royal Exchange Microfinance Bank Limited between May 2013 to December 2021 and Head Finance and Admin at Fortress Microfinance Bank from December 2021 to July 2023.

His experience in Finance function has given him an edge in Treasury and Financial Management. He is a Chartered Finance and Control Manager (ACIFC) and a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

MR. KUNLE OYENEKAN
Head Credit and Marketing

MR. KUNLE OYENEKAN

Oyenekan Olukunle Israel is a graduate of the polytechnic, Ibadan where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Marketing. He is a Marketing professional, he got qualified as a professional Marketer in 2003 from the Nigerian Institute of Marketing (Now National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria).

Kunle is a Certified Microfinance member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has over twenty years of Marketing experience. He started his Marketing career from a reputable textile industry called Afprint Nig.plc where he served as a Marketing officer 1998-2004. He spent six years with the organization and later proceeded to Mayus Investment Ltd where he also served as a Marketing Manager from 2004-2007.  He joined Crusader Insurance Plc. and served as a Marketing Executive from 2007-2008.

His banking career started with VCL Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2008 where he worked as a SME Marketer and rose through the ranks to the position of the Head of Credit & Marketing.

He got qualified as a Microfinance Certified Banker in 2013. He joined Rephidim Microfinance Bank Ltd as the Head of Credit & Marketing from where he moved to Bowen microfinance bank Ltd as a Head of Credit & Marketing in 2016, a position he still holds till date.

MR. ADEOTI GIDEON OLAWALE

MR. ADEOTI GIDEON OLAWALE

Mr. Adeoti Gideon is a graduate of Accountancy. He holds an Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting from Ondo State Polytechnic Owo, Ondo State and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Lagos State Polytechnics, Isolo Lagos.

Gideon is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk management of Nigeria (CILRMN), Member; Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners of Nigeria (IDRPN), Institute of Strategic management of Nigeria, Nigeria institute of Management (NIM) and a Certified Microfinance banker from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Gideon commenced his work career with JBO investments Limited in 2008 where he worked as a Finance executive. He began his microfinance banking career in 2010 with ASHA Microfinance bank as the Branch Manager. He worked at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank and Fortis Microfinance bank as Auditor in charge of the head office and Branches before joining Bowen Microfinance Bank in November 2016 where he works as the Head of Internal Auditor and Compliance.

MR. BABATUNDE TAIWO
Head of Operations

MR. BABATUNDE TAIWO

Mr. Taiwo Babatunde is a graduate of Accountancy. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy (2004) from The Polytechnics, Ibadan and an Ordinary National Diploma in Financial Studies (2000) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a student Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN), and a Certified Microfinance Banker from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

His banking Career started from United Bank of Africa (UBA Plc) in 2006 where worked as customer services officer, fund transfer officer and acting cash officer before leaving in 2013. He joined Bowen Microfinance Bank in 2015 as the cash officer of Bowen Microfinance Bank, and later headed the operations department of Agege branch of the bank for 3yrs.  He is presently the Head of Operations for Bowen Microfinance Bank.
